We used the same email and phone number in all the family's applications

Dear seniors,
Please, can anybody advise on this issue,
We've put the same email address and phone number in all the applications of the family (4 adults), can this make any issue or cause the application to be returned.
The applications were delivered to CPC Sydney on June 30 (all the 4 applications of the family in one envelop) but still no AOR yet , is this a normal delay?

Personally i dont see this makes any difference at all given where does it say individual email or telephone numbers are required. After all think about it how many people would have 4 lines into same address and email is no different really from a postal/mailing address.
