Just have a question about the 2nd line, where it says we started processing the application? my wifes (Lives in Pakistan) application is in the london visa office. A few weeks ago it said online that processing times were 11 months and now they have changed to 20+ months. So does this mean her file will take 11 or 20+ months? and from which date December 18, 2013 or March 3rd, 2015?

1. We received application for permanent residence on December 18, 2013

The time starts from when the VO receives the file.

Neither time is accurate. Both are upper limit times, and the vast majority of people take less time.
