WE NEED A LIVE IN CAREGIVER

I have a sister who is in the UK and has no legal status. she has been there for almost 15 years now. She went to school but we need her help here to look after my mother who has cancer and getting frail by the day.

How do i get the application process going??

This is not a Family Sponsorship case. Given the overstay in the UK, she has pretty much no chance of coming to Canada unless she qualifies to apply for PR independently through Express Entry.

Agreed. There's unfortunately no chance a live in caregiver work permit is going to be approved given her immigration status.

Applying to immigrate (if she qualifies) is her only realistic option.
