This is my 2nd study visa application after refusal,
So of course I didn't have to pay for biometrics again
But biometrics has not updated like it did on my first application
Under biometrics the message is: "We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes."
Does that mean my biometrics has not been linked to my application yet?... Its now 10 days since my application.
Or is it normal for biometrics not to update the status to :"complete".... in a second application?
