It looks like it might not be released for 6 months (the official certificate from statistics authority in my wife's home country). we were married though, can we still submit application and put a note or do we need to wait before the certificate is officially released?
we can't get marriage certifcate for 6 months?

A spousal sponsorship application will return without the married certificate, the marriage certificate is one of the main document u have to summit with your application.
