Wish there was a magic globe to predict this. What you can do is post your timelines in spreadsheet in my signature and check records of other people with same timelines as you to estimate when you will get your PR.
I did and you say LOL 13 months. You don't know. Since I pass the medical exam on june 29 I have the same BGC status. I sent my documents on september 2016, I received a letter with my demande number on January 2017.
How long does it take to receive a request for medical for the permanent resident application applied in Canada under Quebec Skilled Worker category?

It's been around 9-10 months and I have not received any request for medical. Any idea what could have delayed? Any suggestions?

I passed my medical exam at 11/6/2017 until now i have no update and my BGC doesnt start yet !!
