We are missing Semester 5 Mumbai university issued marksheet

I recently submitted my Bcom marksheets after getting them attested from MU and sent it to WES.

I've got an email now stating: The document received only contains a partial record of your study program. Subjects taken and grades earned for part of the study were not included. We are missing information . We are missing semester 5 Mumbai university issued marksheet.

Any suggestions?

Just send them the missing information - or rather, get your University to send it to them. What other kind of suggestion are you looking for?

The thing is I had submitted all transcripts from from my college after getting them attested from MU
The Sem 5 was in there too

If WES says they don't have it, they don't have it. Maybe it fell out. Who knows. The only thing you can do is resend the transcripts.

Also - you cannot send them the transcripts. The university has to mail it to them directly.

You can try sending WES an email saying that your University confirmed that Sem 5 marks are in there, and can they please recheck.

Might just try sending them an email first, if not will resend.
They don't leave you with much options lol
