We applied together and my daughter application still in process while mine got approved

I applied for Spouse Open work Permit for my wife and visiting for my three kids. My spouse application was denied and that of my first child. However, my other two kids applications are still pending and no status updated yet for them. This is more than 4months application. what should I do please.

Where did they apply from? You are a Masters student? When do your studies finish? How old are children? Did you show funds for 5 people so $43k plus tuition?

Yes thank you. We are now in Canada. The application got approved the day my wife called them. She called IRCC in the morning and the application got approved on the call.

Can you help with how it got approved on call, any specific request to be raised.
