I am currently residing in Montreal since 2016 with my family(Spouse, Two Kids). My Current Status is Work Permit (Employer specific work permit LMIA Exempted).
Now, I am willing to settle down in Montreal as a permanent resident along with my family.
Being in Montreal, Quebec. I need to apply for CSQ by expressing my interest on Arrima portal. This will enable me to proceed further in CSQ application Process. PEQ is not a option for me to apply for CSQ.
With the above Context, Background, I have below Questions:
1. Do I need to have CAQ(LMIA) as a pre-requisite to apply for CSQ?
2. Can I apply with out CAQ(LMIA) as an existing current work permit status itself for CSQ?
3. Is doing Job Validation Mandatory for applying the CSQ?
