Hi , so i applied for restoration of my my daughter's student permit. But as we waited she continued schooling. he is an American by biirth. What could happen? The canada immigration have asked for her transcripts which show she iis studying. we were not aware she couldn't study without a permit, help. He is an ameican can he be removed?

Unfortunately studying while waiting for restoration was the wrong thing to do, as you've discovered. A person is out of status in Canada while they wait for restoration and is not entitled to continue their studies.

She most likely will not be removed. However it's possible restoration could be refused in which case she would have to leave Canada voluntarily.

What level of schooling is this? Is she studying at the primary or secondary level? Or is this post secondary?
