I don't think I provided this information? It's a question that is always there or a new question recently?

What should I do if I missed it in my application? Please advise.

You mean this is post ITA item that is always there?
It seems that I missed it somehow (I didn't see parent and brothers/sisters...)
So I think I need to answer that through a CSE, right?

I just checked my submitted application.
I said I didn't see it actually I meant I must have missed it...
Feel frustrated why I just missed it...
