So I just got a letter from the CIC asking to provide a completed and signed authorization form IMM 5768. I am 100% sure I have one already submitted along with the original application a few years ago (nov 2018 I think). The only difference between now and then is Part 14 (Employment History - Sponsor) Gross Income column. Wondering if anyone had similar experience...
