WAS A REFUND RECEIVED AFTER - eCAS STATUS "IN PROCESS"- & THEN WITHDRAW

REFERENCE: SIMPLIFIED APPLICATION PROCESS - CHC LONDON - specifically 2007 Applicants
Dear Friends,
Did any one get a refund after they withdrew their application when their eCAS-status was "IN PROCESS", and after receiving that "DELUDING LETTER" that was sent out to them requesting to know whether an Applicant was still interested in immigrating or not.

Please post only if you withdrew in the above situation and got a refund.

Your input will be highly appreciated.

If "DELUDING LETTER" or "Withdraw Leter " And if have not replied to them in given period then CHC/CIC think that you are interested in migration . so after it . No refund will be given.

Thank you for your opinion. That is what I believe too, but there are people on this same forum who have cited cases where people got a refund.
However, I directed this question specifically to those people who claim that they have received a refund.
I want those applicants who claim to have received a refund to please drop a few lines. A general view is not what I was/am looking for. Anyway, Thank you.
