My address disappeared around January 28th, 2012 and new address appeared march 1st, 2012 .... and "Decision Made" on March 5th, 2012.

Finally I found some time to tell you , that I GOT PASSPORTS BACK WITH VISA ...

Were you able to track your passport using the tracking number for your prepaid envelope ?

I know I might have asked you this earlier, but did they ask you for RPRF with medicals or with PPR?

Medical had been requested on Dec 9th, 2011 and RPRF on Jan 23rd, 2012 and passports on Feb 10th, 2012
... and I was able to track my passport thru Fedex.com

yes i did in mid of Feb. but their answer was, ur file is under background check.
