My Application reached Canada on 15 - 09 - 2014

My File Number Generation date on 30 - 12 - 2014

I don't know when my File is transferred from New Delhi Visa Office to Warsaw Office
But I received one communication mail from Warsaw Office on 03 - 02 - 2015

Please tell me which date will be considered for MR (Medical Request)
- File Number Generation date (30/12/2014) or Mail Communication date from Warsaw Office (03/02/2015)

Please inform us when tentatively, I will receive MR - Medical Request Mail

Surprised to see the PER to MR treands of Warsaw Vo in2013 fsw spreadsheet... MR comes after PER in appx. 250-300 days that means 8-10 months..

Hey guys,

I recently got a request for proof of funds and missing police certificates from Warsaw VO. Has anyone submitted additional docs there, do you just mail it with a courier to the embassy and put something like FSW - Immigration section at the top of the embassy address?

Also, my PCC were issued after my application, but now they are almost 10 months old. Any idea if they would be accepted?

Why is Warsaw VO acting so slow? Guys need to send CSE to WVO so that they wake up and process our applications quickly.

Why is Warsaw VO acting so slow? Guys need to send CSE to WVO so that they wake up and process our applications quickly.

Oh come on! People used to wait for 5 to 7 years before. Now the process is likely to end up within a year and you're saying they're slow. Have a look at their officially published processing times!

By the way, your CSE's may further delay your personal processing time, that's for sure. In the recent docs request that I received they clearly asked not to bother them during next 6 moths after meds are done and rprf is paid as the background/security/admissibility checks may be rather time consuming stages.

If you are so anxious even though your personal processing times are just within the statistics, order the GCMS notes and look for details there.

Yes, together with my medical request and I have told all about it in my previous posts, just look them up.

Thanks for your suggestion. I was just getting anxious as no update has been seen since two weeks or so from this thread. Our files were transferred to WVO instead of NDVO. NDVO guys with same timelines are getting 2nd line updated and MR as well but we are not. The reason for file transfer was to process applications faster. Let's forget about the past workings of all VO's. The objective of FSW 2014 is very clear....to process within 9-12 months. So, I am coming from there only.

Let us in unison pray for the faster processing of all applicants from WVO including yourself and myself.

Yeah, I do see some difference between VO's by we have no influence on how they actually work.

By the way, where have you seen this reason explicitly indicated? I mean the reason for file transfer "was to process applications faster".
