Hello. I my spouse passed the medical on aug 20th, 2021, and our file has been in Warsaw since july 28th 2021, anyone know the average wait time for PR and COPR after medical/bio. Thanks

No, no-one knows. You can look at the tracker spreadsheets to see but no simple comparison possible.

The date of my wife's medical exam is a week out from OP's. Our date of app received in June 4. We got our pre-arrival letter a couple weeks ago, and PPR a couple days ago from the Warsaw office.

I honestly consider our file to be an anomaly, given what I have read previously about the Warsaw office (slow, lags behind, etc). We are lucky to have gotten our PPR request so quickly. Not sure if OP is still around, but curious to know their situation too.
