What is your question as there are no jobs here? You need a job offer with LMIA to apply for a closed work permit. Or submit job offer and apply through PNP.

You need to do your own job search. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job.

There are no jobs here. You need to do your own job search. Your employer must give you a job offer and then file for a LMIA proving a person in Canada cannot be hired or is experienced enough. Only you can do the job. Once you have a LMIA, you can apply for a closed work permit.
