Wanting to move from UK to Canada. options?

Hello I am a full uk citizen. My girlfriend lives in Canada and is full Canadian citizen. I want to move to Canada ON to live with her permanently, I do not qualify for a FSW visa. What options do I have? All I can see is to visit on a 6 month visa, get married then get her to sponsor me as her spouse?
Any information would be great
