I just wanted to know what will be the immigration like in 2030 will it be easy like nowerdays or it will be difficult to get PR In Canada. I know it is a little bit difficult to predict future but please drop your opinion below.

Can a person with CRS of 499 get PR in 2030 in Canada.

That's way too far in the future. There will be program changes by then but impossible for any of us to guess what they will be. They federal government has already announced that they plan to make changes soon to the Express Entry program. It's reasonable to expect there will be additional changes between now and 2030. Again, impossible to say what those will be. If you go back ten years, the program was focused on specific NOCs (those in demand). There's some talk of returning to that. In that case score matters a lot less and what matters is your NOC. But again, too far in the future.
