Want to visit my brother and his family

Dear experts
I have valid trv upto may 2021. In 2018 I visited canada. My brother is a pr holder. Wishing to visit again before my visa expire.
What kind of purpose of visit can I submit to travel within this time so that there will be no restrictions to travel.
I am also planning to admit my 5 years old son in kindergarten school near by my brothers home where his children are studying.
Please advise.

You need to obtain authorization from IRCC to travel. Follow the instructions here:

Also your family is not included under current travel rules. Only you can travel to Canada if you get written authorization to do so. And you can't just sign up your child for school. Your son needs an approved study permit. You need to get approval from the school and pay the fees. Then you can apply for your son's study permit. It will take a long time and your TRV will be expired by then. Your son doesn't just get to go to school in Canada for free. Does your son even have a visitor visa because depending where you live processing can be up to a year.
