Hi all,

i got divorced in 2018 Nov. i have kids and i live in Canada from last 18 years.
i have one question on my situation.
  • I don't get any family assistance or welfare from Govt. Also i don't have any kind of loan to pay, i pay my home and living expenses with children fund. so can i sponsor my 2nd husband ?

Because right now i'm not doing any job and want to marry a person who take care me and my kids.
what is the best suitable way for me...
kindly advice me all ways, so i start my process if i can sponsor my 2nd husband.

Thank you

Did you sponsor your first husband or were you sponsored by him?

When and how did you meet your second husband? What is the relationship history?

You have to show that you can support your family without government help. It sounds like you are living off child benefit and maybe alimony. This could be a concern.

Have you been met this man in person? Getting married without having met in person at least once is a red flag. Do you have records of you both communicating regularly. Sponsoring a apouse so you can have a breadwinner is not really a sign of a genuine relationship. Does this man have savings that he can suport you with if he is unable to find employment for a while. Has this man been married before? In some cultures marrying a divorced woman as a 1st marriage is very unusual.
