Want to sponsor common law partner, need help PLEASE!!!

Hello members,

I just started working as a highly skilled worker (NOC B), am looking to get my common law partner, who is actually on a study permit (expiry date: 30 march 2020) an open work permit.
I have been trying to get information on the CIC website but not getting any accurate one.
I want to know what are the documents i will be needing from my side to be able to get her an open work permit?!
