Hi, I would like to settle in Canada. Below are my few qualifications. Please let me know how to proceed through PNP or EE?
Age 37 yrs
11 yrs experience in IT industry as QA Lead/test lead
Education MCA post graduation 3 yrs

Max your IELTS scores- that's the greatest indicator of your success. Make your spouse also write it, if possible.

Thanks. I am not able to decide whether to apply EE or for a particular PNP.
With the basic score of 7 in each IELTS section, I am getting around 345 score.

Not enough- you have to up your game in IELTS.

I was 367 last year with age 36- my workaround was to enhance my IELTS scores (scored above 8 in all the IELTS modules) including making my spouse take the IELTS test.

Improve your IELTS score. Principal applicant should have CLB 9 or higher (IELTS 8 on listening, rest 7) that adds 50 points.
Spouse should have CLB 9 which will add up to 20 points.

There's not much hope below CRS 435.

you can do it man. obviously improve your ielts to a band 8. biggest thing is keep upto date with the latest news from provinces. you will never know when an opportunity will come. keep checking the websites.
