i am a foreign worker on a closed work permit....

Hi, Jasmine kaur,

You can start business with Canadian citizen. Now how to precede its need care plan and step by step process depend on what business you are going to start and which province and city.
Frist thing you have to attend some business workshop to understand the licencing requirement and also you need to know about tax system, liability, Work place Health and safety issues.
You should have to sign an agreement of partnership with your business partner.

For all these detail, how to start, where to start, how register, how to apply for loan etc..
