I don't get any confirmation or rejection email. But, My decision envelope come to VAC.Does anyone face this??

You don't receive an email. If you applied online, the application status will be updated that a decision was made. It will also mention if rejected or approved. If approved, your passport will be requested. You'll receive your passport with the stamp. Otherwise, you'll receive the refusal letter.
If you apply via paper since they already collected your biometrics and passport right away the decision envelope will be sent to VAC. You'll able see application status if you link your paper application online.
