I live in another country as refugee, if I apply for student visa, would that be rejected because I'm a refugee and that would raise the posibilities of being not leaving the country?
any experiences about that?

Yes - you'll most likely be refused. To be approved for a study visa, you must demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Extremely difficult to prove this if you are a refugee.
