i am international student and i get to married with a man which was in india. Then after one semester i call him in canada on work permit as spaouse but when he came here and he left me and asked that he get marry just to come in canada. I want to send him backhome. Can

You can't deport him. You could report him for possible immigration fraud, but they won't tell you what is happening. Move on with your life.....

You can report that to immigration office and surely they would take action against him.same thing happened with a guy in UK and immigration officer deported his partner

Thank you so much for your help. Actually i don’t have nay relative here who suggest me and my husband thread me that i can’t do nothing against him because he has his relative who has strong relations.

It's easy to end a relationship. But, it takes a lot of patience and understanding to sustain one.

If his only intention was to come to Canada, he could have married a PR/citizen instead of you. Are you sure he meant what he said? Do you have evidence that he has committed immigration fraud? You can report him

There's plenty of guys in Punjab who aren't able to clear ielts .. either they look for spouse visa or donki to USA

Yes you are right but I don’t know that he did fraud with me .when he came here he is totally become different man

When he came here . After 5 or 10 din i saw message on his phine to cagt with someone , i ask that who is she that try to fight with me and then slap me and i call 911 and then he was charged for domestic violence and he is attended his court date and living in another city. And he ask me that i can’T do anything against him

You should see a lawyer if you really intend to pursue this, recording people without their knowledge might be illegal so you can possibly get yourself in more trouble than him. My advice is get a divorce and move on.
