This has reference to your application for employment. We are please to offer you an appointment with us as a fruit picker in our company base in lambton, quebec, canada. This offer will b valid till 2 years from the of reporting to duties. The terms and conditions of your employment is as follow
Section 1 administrative
Your position. : Fruit picker
Your senior officer : mr vox raymond manager to whom you will report
Location. : quebec, canada
Address : 848 Rte 263, lambton QC, GOM 1HO, canada
Hour of work : mandatory 45hours per week, 6 days a week
Reporting Date : january 27th, 2020
Section ii: salary and allowance
House rent allowance : furnished accommodation provided.
Transport allowance : CN$ 150.00 per month.
Incentive bonus : CN$ 300.00 per month if target achieved
Salary : CN$ 14 per hour
Overtime allowance : 150 percent of the pay, accounted hourly.
Incentive, overtime allowance not included, salaries are paid on weekly basis.
Reimbursement
The following reimbursement will be allowed on submission of the supporting documents every month.
Office wear and maintenance : CN$ 50 per month
Conveyance, books and periodical : CN$ 50 per month
Academic research and professional pursuits : CN$ 100 per month
Miscellanous : CN$ 100 per month
You will be supplied a guide in induction meeting detailing the same.
Benefits : you will also be entitled to annual benefit as follow:
Health care, dental and medical included.
Paid sick leave.
Leave travel concession for self and family : CN$ 1200.00 per anum.
20 days of annual leave.
Annual bonus every year in december.
Bellevue farm will sponsor all the relevant documents required for the worker to apply visa and to arrive in canada,
furnished accommodation will be provided to all workers at the workplace,
food is provided by the company.
One way air ticket will be provided to report to duties, return air ticket are provided at the end of the 2 year contract for the worker to travel to his home country, contract can be extended base on performance.
