Want to change status from Study permit to work permit holder.

Hello Everyone,

I am an international student in British Columbia, Canada. I came here in May 2017 and my study visa will expire on July 2021. I don’t want to do study anymore. Can i change my status from student to work permit holder? what i need to do?

Also my husband is on spouse dependent work permit. If i change my status from student to work permit holder, is there any side effect on his work permit? Please help me as soon as possible.
I will be very thankful to all for their time and suggestions.

If you want to convert your study permit into wp you need a LMIA approved from employer or you can complete study and apply for pgwp

You need a job offer from an employer in Canada and an approved LMIA.
