Want to CANCEL representative after refusal ???????

Hi friends
I am canadian
I submitted file for PR spousal sponsership in august 2015 to New Delhi embassy.

My wife is in India right now.
And I came to visit her last week, so I am also in India rightnow

I got refusal and I want to reapply now. They give me 30 days time for appeal but I don't want to.
Because lots of friends in forum suggest me not to do so.

I want to get my file from embassy to courier to india address in place of my representative address.

Can someone please help me, How to cancel agent???
And get file straight to me in india so I can reapply early.

Please guide me friends
