Want to apply for FSW...Need assistance

Hi All

I would like to apply for FSWP..but not pretty sure about the process...As it was initiated on May 1, 2014...what is the possibility for getting PR if I start the process now..Got to know about this Program very lately..

Can someone help me out in applying or please provide the name of the consultancy in Andhra Pradhesh/Telangana wherein I can approach them.
