I am from Pakistan and got my RTD , i wanna meet my family and stay for at least 3 months, what will be the cheapest and easiest way for me and them? I already called Azerbaijan embassy they told me you can’t stay more than 30 days…

You need a travel agent to meet in a third country and you need to see if you require a visa to get there.
No one is going to plan your visit . You managed to plan on to get too Canada

Visiting somewhere for 3 months may not be possible. 3 months is a very long visit. Most can’t leave their home for 3 months because they work for example. Are you working or do you receive any form of governent support? If you do you may not be able to leave for 3 months either.

If I’m not mistaken, Azerbaijan does have a procedure to extend the temporary stay from inside the country, but it is not automatically granted just because you want to stay longer. The extension is subject to specific conditions and approval by the State Migration Service. So I would confirm with them whether your particular situation and Canadian Refugee Travel Document qualify before relying on a 3-month stay.

Nepal provides a 90-day multiple-entry visa. You can read more about that here. I think that would be the least costly option closer to Pakistan.

Mexico provides 180 days on their tourist visa. If you have a Canadian PR card, then you don't need a visa. However, your family will need to apply for a visa. + The ticket cost would be expensive for them to fly all the way from Pakistan to Mexico and maybe they'll also need air transit visas for connecting flights.

Thailand provides 90-day and 180-day options for tourist visas. The cost will be relatively cheaper than Mexico. For a return flight from Canada to Thailand, you can read about this flight option.

If your family already have Schengen visas, then Germany and Italy offer up to 90 days of stay upon entry. For you, there's no visa cost, and you would also get up to 90 days upon entry. Still, flights, food and accommodation will be expensive.

Family and mental health is more important than any job out there. Of course it's completely up to OP to review and make a decision. He's not asking for anyone's help with making a decision if to resign from their job. He's trying to evaluate what would be the most suitable country to have that meeting with his family.
