Waiting too long. Seniors, please help.

I updated my documents on Nov 2nd, 2008 to London office. Until now I didn’t receive anything from them. My friend who updated his documents 2 months after I did, received the medical forms. And also acoording to trackitt.com many people applied after me and received the medical forms.
I sent email to CIC-London but no answer from them.

Please advise what should I do?
