I received Passport Request Letter on March 23, 2022. I sent my passport via FedEx to Ottawa on March 25, 2022. They updated the website saying the visa was issued on April 29th, 2022. I live in the USA, and I have sent them a FedEx package with a reusable envelope and a return envelope inside. I still don't see my tracking id triggered. I am a bit worried cause I need the passport back by end of June to travel abroad. I submitted a web form but I heard it might take forever. I am wondering if there is a different way to reach the office? Please help. Is there a phone number or an email?
