I sent my permanent resident ( Family Sponsorship ) application package to the Sydney, Nova Scotia processing center via UPS courier and it was tracked as received at the facility on October 1 2020. To this date I have not received any communication from the center such as a Client ID etc. It has been almost 5 months. Should I be concerned or are they so backlogged that they haven't even opened my application package yet ?
