Waiting time for Landing Interview over 30 days

Hello all,

i received my 2 COPRs with a PR visa stamped in my passport early Dec 2019. I sent an email to schedule an appointment for inland landing. The automated response told me I would hear back from them after 30 days. It's now been more than that and I am yet to get a response on when I can have the landing appointment. I have tried calling and sending messages through the webform but have had no luck on the status of my request. Is this normal?

It can take weeks or months to get an appointment. Faster to flagpole at the Canada-US border.
