Waiting time after the medical exams

Hi all,

so about 3 weeks ago i got an email asking my wife to do the medical exam and also asking me to pay the last PR fees for both of us (by mistake they also asked me to do the medical again what i did), we've sent them a week ago and we also paid the fees.
Any idea how long it will approximately takes from now to get the PR?


PS: i sent an email to the cic asking why are they asking me to do the exam again, the agent who was working on my file called me 3 days after to say that in fact it was a mistake but it was too late, he apologized and asked me to send him an email when my medical are done and sent.
