Hey Every one

now my question is when i will get my PR and we will both move to Canada so Canadian immigration ask me from where i get this money?
at that time what should i will say??
like i work there or what because i thing Canada immigration already know that i was on spouse visa so where i get this money will it be problem??

Unless it is some huge amount of money, I don't think they will care where it came from, as long as you declare it when immigrating.

The thing you should be concerned about is working illegally. If you ever get caught in your current country and get charged for it or deported, it can cause major problems with your PR application.

Is it worth the risk?

Depending on which country it is, you run the risk of it being confiscated when you leave that country if you can't prove where it came from.

If you work "under the table", THEN . . . knowledge of it should also STAY "under the table".

Rock: What money sir . . .

Some people like to take unnecessary risks, and they are happy doing so,
But if problems happens, then they cry .... Being in jail or having a deportation order because of working illegally will make you
ineligible to get your permanent residence in Canada. Once in a while I read stories about people trying to smuggle undeclared amounts o money
into the country, or leaving undeclared from x or y country... that is common, and the problems arising from such a problem are also common knowledge.
But, the questions is if its worth the risk ?

working outside Canada will not be concern to Canadian immigration i hope so.

Rock007, you say you are a man and you shouldn't just sit there and not work and help out your wife, that's honorable, but the right thing for you to do would be to go back to your home country, work there, and just send the $ back to your wife. You're risking a lot if you get caught and have a deportation order.

We dont want to leave each other as we love each other much.

Yes but if you continue to work illegally and get caught, you will be apart for a very long time. This is no different than a couple who have a quick wedding because they want to get the sponsorship papers done quickly to be together faster, only to end up having an interview/refusal and waiting 3-4 years.

Carry on then.

Anyway, by the time you "get your PR and both of you move to Canada", at that point they won't be asking where you got said money (that no one knows about) . . . it could be your spouses money . . .

Spouse will transfer her money and if she transfer my money then she will be in problem because she is paying tax from out side Canada and if Tax departmet ask you show us your income this xxxxx and now your bank account xxxxx so may be she have to pay penalites..
