I sent the medical on December 2009, and I still waiting for Passport request.

You can expect at any time. Did you see any ECAS update that "medicals received". If you don't get the PPR this month you should send a reminder through Case Specific Enquiry to know the current status.

Be patient and hopefully you will receive your PPR soon.

My dear it can b at any time
within 15 days, within one month, within 3 months, within 5 months, or within one year

there is no hard and fast rule for this

some people r getting it in one month only and same category, same nationality, same occupation, same age

group r getting in 6 months.

It's all on ur luck and nothing else

How lucky u r

2 days b4 i told a lady that u have recently sent ur medical so u have to wait for some long time

But yesterday she got her visa

I hope now understand

I sent inquiry 2 months ago and the told me that my case awaiting officer review!!! :'( and untill today I have not receive any thing from them.

hopefully i will get it soon, its really killing matter to wait...

Atheer, I think its really matter of luck but the problem is every one has other commitiments and its very difficult to wait 6 month or more for the passport request. and at the end you dont know what is going on with your case

U r right and i understand all this

But believe me same situation is with me
Now a days situation is very tough for me
there r some issues regarding my cureent job
My family is living in my home country and i am working in dubai
but my job is not secured here so that's y i m not calling my family here
so many other problems i am facing

In fact i need PR immidiately

But waiting for PPR since long

No update
But i hope soon i wil get in INSHALLAH
I pray for u too to get it soon
