Please share your timlines what will happen next.
How I will know my medicals have been received by cic as ecas showing medicals have been received since last year in October. . Will separate line will appear for my wife to confirm that medicals have been received. .. confused

Yes I have already paid this.. and her passport is going to expire in may 2015.. shall I go for her passport renewal or just wait for ppr .. as if she goes for renewal last name will be changed on her passport.. will it create any problem .. what should I do.??

i added my wife to my existing application and did her medicals ...medicals will update in 2-3 days as they are doing e- maedical, doesn't matter if you are inland or outland applicant.in my case after her medicals done .took 4 months and our visa is issued on nov 21 .its all depends on the processing times.,your case now the passport request is left ,but i guess there is still processing left for your wife for exc.. criminal record check and other processing same like you, and ,and cic always say you should have minimum 6 months for your documents

When did u add ur wife to the aplication.

My case is, I got nominated from Saskatchewan on may 21st and I sent my file to CIC on june 4th (reached their office on june 6th)
I got my aor and medical request on august 5th. I have done my medicals on august 12th.
I got married on august 16th and I sent an email to CIC on august 27th stating that my marital status is changed along with marriage certificate attached.
i got a reply from cic on oct 15th

"Good morning,

Your e-mail regarding the change in your marital status has been received and forwarded to the appropriate individual. You will be contacted in due course.

After taht I havent heard anything from them. When can I expect a request for my wifes docs/medicals?

i got my medicals done on 29 October 2013 ,i got married in January 2014,but same time i got rprf request on march 6 so i paid that.Then i informed AINP about change in marital status, then send a letter to cic about change on april 27 2014,i got the same replay like you on june 2 along with file transfer to ottawa.but i e -mailed again on 10 june 10 so they send an application package along with list of documents on 16 june i send back next monday wife got medical request ne 15 days and rprf request in following week...you have to submit a questionare for yourself and wife ,marriage photos-complete rituals,phone bills-continuous contact,bills like any gift that you purchased ,Then all additional forms of yor wife and supporting documents+police certificate

Do I need to submit all these on my own or should i wait for them to ask for all these documents?

I informed sinp that i got married. But sinp replied that they don't do any amendments once nominated. so I emailed to CIC directly

I have already submitted her pcc and background checks in may .. and our spouse relationship questionnaire in sept..so I m concerned shall I renew her passport or not.. ftom Dec back counting is started for her passport expires.. do I need to inform cic about new passport with her new last name as initially application is processed with her before wedding surname.. will it delay the process ??

i think you should contact cic now..whats i did was little weird but that was successful i typed an email for cic TO portion should be the aqs team address ..also i included all necessary details like principal applicant -app no,uci,passp no.dob,address,then dependent -just name pp no ,explain situation date that you send and received replay etc..Then i took a print out also of the same letter...just like a formal letter.Then i send an email to sydney address and same day an expresspost letter to

i know , email gets same automated message but ,everything was pretty fast after one week .might be a stupid method,,, but this worked for me several stages during my pr processing even after send file to ottawa cpc ,like on mid October i did same thing and i got passport request on nov 4
