Waiting for response

Hi!

I applied Online for a visa extension at the end of June. And still I do not have a response . I am a little bit afraid as they told me that the response will arrive after a month approximately. 1 month and 10 days have pasted and no response!!!!

What should I do please help me....

They are only working on online applications from early June, current response times 55 days, should hear back towards end of month:
