I have a question I got married and now I am waiting for my permanent residence , I live in Toronto but I have got a job opportunity in another province , is it possible for my to move up there by myself , my wife cannot move with me because she is still studying. Could I be putting my PR in risk if I move by myself there and my wife stays in Toronto.

Thanks

Impossible to say without more information. How have you applied for PR? Through which immigration stream? What is your wife's status in Canada?

Yes, she sponsored me, she is Canadian, we live in Toronto , she is still studying . I applied September 2017, for both PR and open work permit, I have got the open work permit last January 2018 and I am waiting for my PR that according to Immigration Canada will take one year which means it is coming this coming September 2018. But as mentioned before I got this job offer which is located in Saskatoon , but I do not know if moving by myself to Saskatoon , I will put my PR into a risk position if we my wife and myself we do not live together during this period of waiting for my PR.

Thanks
