Waiting for PR Visa

Hi,
I have applied under QSW category. Received request for medicals, RPRF & PP's and submitted the same in march end..Now its almost 3 months, I have not got my PR visa.. Is there any issue or how long it takes after medicals to receive visa?? Kindly suggest....
