Is there anyone else on here past the 28 months mark? We arrived April 2017 and everyone who came after us has already got PR. We've spoken to our mp, hired a lawyer, got our notes. We've done everything we can to speed things up but our criminality check has been ongoing for over 2 years. We've had medicals and then remedicals. We have no criminal background nor do we have friends or family with a criminal history. The only thing we have is my husband got cautioned for damage once 15 years ago. He was not charged. We told the cic right at the start so have not hidden anything. I'm beginning to feel like we are the only ones still waiting. Is there anyone else still waiting?
