Update : 5/20 - I finally got an Approval for my PR. Looking to the 'new' steps after this due to coronavirus. I believe the interviews have been cancelled and they are doing it over phone.

Have you tried talking to your MP? That seems to help in a lot of cases. Helped in mine, personally.

Look up your nearest federal Member of parliament and call their office to set up an appointment in person if possible. Tell them your situation and ask them if they can look into your application by checking with IRCC. The helpful MPs do actually call up and check.
