Waiting for PR card since May 2015

My parents landed in Canada on May 18 2015 and still we are waiting for their PR card. Several times called CIC, same answer in process. Last two calls they said the application was cancelled, don't know why. I try checking online against their UCI# but no information and message comes the file does not exist. I am worried now. what to do? why their PR information not available on CIC website?

I tried visiting Service Canada and Canada Place in Edmonton, no help at all. I am totally blank and CIC is not responding to any of my questions.

Go to an MP as soon as possible and ask them to phone CIC while you are there.
Why did you wait so long.
In order to get a PR card you should have lots of forms indicating your process was complete.
A PR card is should take about 53 days to process.
Did you get a Confirmation of Permanent Residence issued to you.

Without any identifying information post the last form or CIC letter you received so myself or others can better advise you.
