Waiting for PR approval

It's kinda slow for CEC applicants. I am assuming you're CEC. What's your current Background status shows? Is it IP1 or IP2?I applied for PR on july 19,2017 n there is no update yet. But my medical was done couple months ago.
Please let me know if any one have any comments about this

So on your application status, if you see your background status shows "we are processing your background....", then it's IP2 (which means you're close to the PPR email)Yeah it is CEC..

If says, your application is in progress then you're IP1.
So the stage is like IP1 > NA > IP2.

I called them but I wasn’t able to speak to agent..but the status was computerized n said background check is not started yetYes you can call if you know your details like App#, UCI and your address etc.

Hi there. My AOR is June 15. Ive been NA since Oct 4th & no changes since! Everytime i call CIC i cant get thru. I did call about a month ago & they said all elligabilty has been passed and theyre doing securiry checks. Not sure if im security screening or what is happening. Ive obly lived in Aus & Canada so it shouldn't take this longI applied for PR on july 19,2017 n there is no update yet. But my medical was done couple months ago.
