My student permit application for Canada was applied on 24th March 2022 and my medical was passes on 22 April 2022.I raised multiple web forms and applied caips notes also but till now I didn't get any result.Please anyone suggest me what should I do now?

I submitted my application on December 17 , passed medicals on the 6th January 2023, and received correspondence letter on the 6th January . no update on final decision till now . Guys is the a positive sign . seems ppr is delaying is am nervous now
