Waiting for PPR

Thanks for your reaponse.
I contacted CIC via phones, emails, MPs visits(5-6 times).
The only response i get is background check is in process. They are not ready to provide any other information.
My GCMS notes that i received in april 2016 says : eligibility:- passed
Criminality:- passed and medicals: passed.
Nothing u der security though.
I have no idea what should be my next step?
Any suggestion seniors?

Just received my Electronic Notes today. Application appears to be approved since early may. I see some single entry Visa details too.
Eligibility, RCMP, Medical, Criminality status' are passed. Security is blank.
I see following notes by Immigration Officer:
26th April : 'Appears RFV'
7th May : **Office Review** batch notes FOSS/GCMS NAI. Application is Approved
10th May : CPC-O RFV letter sent via email in a batch. No correspondence was generated as letter was sent in batch.
I am assuming RFV means Ready For Visa.
I didnt receive any RFV mail on 10th May. I even asked Ottawa last week and they said file is still in process.
Not Sure what is happening. what is stopping them from sending out PPR ???
