WAITING FOR PGR INSTRUCTION FROM EMBASSY IN MEXICO

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if anyone out there knows how long it takes for CIC to send back the airway bill for the PGR
instructions. My husband who lives in Mexico did not recieve them and it's been over a month. Is the mail process in Mexico more slow? Anyways I asked for CIC to send the instructions to where i live which is Canada. I am going to be visiting my husband in a less then 2 weeks and I want to take them to him directly. I sent the airway bill Monday. Any info on a timeline will be great. Thanks!
